Because our tea comes from Indonesia, we have a strong desire
to help improve the infrastructure of the villages near the
plantations and share the Gospel with Indonesians in the plantation
regions. We plan to do that in the following ways:

Partner with the local pastors/churches
Improve roads leading to the villages

Help maintain and improve working conditions and equipment
Use our relationship with the harvesters and plantation staff to share the Gospel

FOREIGN MISSIONS:

Foreign missionaries often need much more than their personal monthly support. We plan to help by determining what their specific needs are and assisting with financial donations and/or supplies.

The following is an example of how your purchase of Batavia Tea will make a difference.

Suppose Mary Smith works on campus in full-time ministry. She has a contact list of 100 people. Of those 100 people, 30 people drink tea. Mary contacts those people and they decide to purchase nine boxes of tea over the next year. With just those 30 people doing what they already do, drinking tea, “Heal the Nations” will contribute $2.00 from the sale price of every box sold, which is $540.00 for Mary.

On a larger scale, suppose a church of 1000 people decided to commit to buying Batavia Tea. If 500 of them bought a box of Batavia Tea in any given month, they would be putting $1000.00 into their church mission fund every month! That is $12,000 a year!
